Twist Of Fate and map enchant "does not consume sextant charges"

I believe there is a non intended interaction with ToF and map with the "does not consume sextant charges" harvest enchantment, in wich ToF does not proc at all and the map is not changed. Anything else seems to work properly: sextants, the enchantment itself and the scarabs (i was using growing hordes keystone).
