Affliction types bugged (All Seeing Eye)

So I was planning out a route for my last floor of the sanctum since I had the "All Seeing Eye" boon.
But when I got back after collecting enough rooms, I noticed that the afflictions on the rooms I decided to run had changed. In addition, the last room I had done said I had received an affliction I hadn't received, and to prove that wasn't the case, it's not one of my active afflictions (And I don't have a relic that prevents me from getting an affliction)

This is mildly annoying since the next room I had planned on taking, now has an affliction I don't want to get, so have to plan a different route.
