"Unaffected by Poison while affected by Malevolence" not working

So I have a Watchers that has the "Unaffected by Poison while affected by Malevolence" mod and as I am using Malevolence aura, I am using the jewel to mitigate poison. However, I notice myself poisoned all the time. I am sure the aura is active and the buffs I am talking about say "Poisoned" when you mouseover it.

Just happened again with a Essence mob that had Alchemist Grip on it that was cloned. Lit me up with poison and I am supposed to be unaffected.

Just FYI.

"Unaffected by Poison" means that you can be poisoned, but will not take Chaos Damage over Time from Poison.
