Supreme Ego Broke Relic

I added Supreme Ego to one of my relics and it is now broken.

Supreme Ego is suppose to offer the following

"Auras from your skills only affect you"
"Aura Skills have 1% more aura effect per 2% of maximum mana they reserve"
"40% more mana reservation of Aura skills"

If the intent of "40% more mana reservation of Aura skills" is to INCREASE the cost of those skills then it really should be worded as such.

In terms of community talk with builds more mana reservation is ALWAYS used in terms of reduction, not increase.

Can we put a corruption over an existing one on the relics? If not, can I have my relic replaced for the misleading wording of what the skill does?

It says More Mana Reservation, not Mana Reservation Efficiency.
If the guides you read don't state is as such, that isn't a problem with the game.
GGG doesn't restore lost or bricked items for any reason. You won't get anything reverted or new from them.
"Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning."

"Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!"
Rule of thumb: Every keystone you see in the game has a great upside AND a great downside to go with it. That's what makes it a keystone. If a keystone seems too good to be true, read it closer because it usually means you missed the downside. And no, the auras only affecting you is not enough of a downside for the monumental power spike you thought it would be. This is also why tons of people take Stream of Consciousness and Growing Hordes then complain their scarabs don't work. Because they don't read.

Take it as a lesson and move on.

If you want to be 100% sure something will work, always test it in path of building before using it.

It is worded as such, more mana reservation does excactly what it says, it makes your auras reserve more mana.

No that stat would be Mana Reservation Efficiency.
"An it harm none, do what you will"
