All-Seeing Eye Room Affliction Bug

I found an All-Seeing Eye Boon the floor before, and upon starting the next floor I looked at all the rooms and planned my course. Upon completing the first room, I found that all of the afflictions that were present on the floor before were gone and replaced with other afflictions.

I can prove this because the first room was originally "Honed Claws", and now "Empty Trove" is the affliction the map tells me the room had. I did not get the "Empty Trove" affliction, but I still have the "Honed Claws" affliction. I also remember deciding that almost all of the afflictions were particularly dangerous, but they're all gone and replaced with new ones now.

A week later, I encountered this bug as well.
Wasn't sure if I was going crazy, so had to check the forums.

Wonder why this isn't in the "known issues" thread.
