Connection to EU Servers - Unplayable

Before people ask: I use Lan-Cable (No Wireless). I never had any issues with Server latency, it appeared since a week now.

I cant run Sanctum (no-hit challenge) due to the rubber gameplay (get set back to flamedash position, delayed input actions or on Frankfurt - Game-freeze for 1 second and then hyperspeed to death in the next one)

I have to wait till Midnight now to play again properly.

Anyone else with that Issues?

well several things here. WinMTR report needs to be 300+ packets but it does look like that there is a sudden latency spike close to GGG servers.

There is also 1 think you need to remember --< per game design of GGG when a local PoE gateway is close to max capacity, then the local gateway will start making new play instances on other gateways around the world and you only know this if you track your instance IP's.

Im having this issue only with path of exile i have no latency problems in other

Things i have tried so far:
1.I played aroung with the Different Networking modes
one thing i have experienced right there:

on one Networking mode when my latency goes up it just stops and teleports me
and with the other Mode it stops and then it tries to catch up by processing things that happened really fast

after i have tested Different Networking modes i put it back to Default (auto)

2.i tried out different instances:
Usually i play on Frankfust but here i even have tried out instances or realms like Milan and amsterdam co there i have pretty good latency too but even then my latency jumped up like grazy in surten intervals

3.i even tried to re download the game and deleting all the Files the game is creating.it wont help tho

4. i have used i different cable from the Router to my PC wont help

5. i have done a speed test on the internet multiple times,
my connection to Frankfurt ist For germany actually pretty good, having
a 10 ms ping 206mbps downloadspeed and 43.3mbps uploadspeed. For germany this is a pretty ok connection

i hope u can help me with my problem somehow or u can provive me some infos if other people specially in germany are experiencing same issues... like i said i have this issue since the start of the league and i have tried thing that i have listed above

As u can see i have tried many things but nothing helped its litterally unplayable for me since the beginning of the league... GGG Respondet quickly
but it want a Solution in any way (response from GGG below):

as u can see i got a bunch of Forum Post From GGG where i have to loock up my selft and help my self by myself

like i said i have this since the beginning of the league and i thought it would go on for couple of days but i was wrong!!!
