30% quality map

A perfect fossil and the syndicate reward are two things that pop up off the top of my head to make it. I think there are a few more ways to create it that im forgetting too.

There was a bug early this league that made those drop, it was unintended +quality AN mods being applied to maps, if memory dont fail me
Regardless, it was patched |
