Unique stash tab needs some updates: Foil Variants

With all of the new foil variants, the unique tab should also be able to store 1 distinct copy of each of the foil variants for purposes of collecting:

- Race Seasons [Alt Art]
- Rainbow Foil (Is Legacy League foil the same as Rainbow?)
- Voidborn Variant Foils:
-- Amethyst
-- Aureate
-- Cobalt
-- Ruby
-- Sunset
-- Verdant

Likewise the Unique tab should be updated with a filtering toggle (select dropdown) that adjusts both what items are displayed and what the collection percentages are:
- Any Variation
- Foil Variants
- Non-Foil Variants

Having the unique item collector's tab include foil variants gives long-term players that are trying to collect different variants a nice (visual) progress goal. This also gives interested players another goal for post-challenge league play as well as may encourage some players to trade or farm these items in the standard league.

I would guess this might also help to motivate some non-zero number of players to purchase the Unique collection stash tab.

I would buy the unique tab if it had foils. I have a lot of foils of the same unique but different foiling, this would be nice
