Unable to access/load maps or hideout

I am not able to access maps or travel to my hideout.
I tried to travel to different areas and it fails too.
Always getting disconnected.

I tried reboot, restart game, change server but to no avail.
It was working yesterday but after updating today (12th Jan), it started showing this issue.

try this -->
1. Run packcheck.exe as "an administrator",
2. Delete the local PoE cache files here -->
C:\Users\"your windows account name"\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile\
3. Now start PoE again as "an administrator". When at the login screen, select options.
4. Now set texture to MEDIUM and Sound channels to low.
5. Login to the game and remove ALL MTX from gems and gear (if you can't login to a char, then use another one and force all the MTX to be connected to this char and then try the other one again).
6. See if the issue is resolved ?

Depending on if you use DX11, Vulcan or DX12 you could also try changing between them.
Im getting reoccurring disconnections, mostly on maps and in the hideout (longest run without disconnect was something around 4 minutes). To the point, where it is completely unplayable. So probably the same problem here. And lags to the point where i can only walk into monster pack, and die. (I checked my cable connection, and it is fine.)

Got same problem here, lag spikes when i enter in HO, sometimes when i enter a map, from 20MS to 100000MS

Everything was working perfect until GGG patch

PS: None of your above solutions work
Same here. Changing realms doenst fix anything either.
I tried again and it worked correctly.
I didn't change anything from my side.
Delete your client cache.
