Switch from SSF to Trade

So I decided to switch from ssf to trade and I have done this a few times already but this time I hit "Migrate" instead of "Migrate All". I didn't know the difference between the two until just now. Is there any way to get this reversed so I can have my stash tabs with the items back or am I out of luck? Hope i can get some good news out of this. Thanks

If you have the option, you can manually migrate your content over using the "League Migrations" button on the character selection screen.
