Primal Aegis Invisible Buff Effect

Didn't want to necro any of the older threads but could we please have the option to hide the Primal Aegis bubble already?

I hate that this effect is so obtrusive it covers any MTX set you are wearing and you're simply a rainbow circular blob. It's so annoying and clashes with everything.

Wanted to buy a supporter pack and grab some stuff off store but with this thing on there's no point...truly disappointing. :/

This is being regularly asked and skillfully ignored by GGG. Other buffs from ascendancy passives also have ugly old visuals, like Elusive. My only hope is that they will be addressed by the new trend of making interactive gameplay MTX, simply by rule of elimination. Eventually GGG is bound to accidentally fix an effect that was long asked for :)

Yep.

When I saw that on the Elementalist rework preview I instantly thought they'd either fix it right away or leave it for years. I think you'll have to wait till after Charges sound mute.
That's been requested since 2014 at least.

This was posted this year so I want to bump.
I like visuals. I like being pretty.
I also like looking at what I buy.

Can we either redesign this horrendously overpowering bubble or... maybe have a choice to turn it off?

Lets move into 2023 thanks! :D

April 2023, still no devs response about this.
Please GGG add an option to turn the visuals off.

Suggestion: on the ascendency node, make a right-click contextual menu that toggles the visual on or off.

Since it's a permanent effect and only available through this node, no need to develop anything more sophisticated (for now), just add a callback on player login/spawn/respawn that checks the current display flag.

Boom, done. Everyone's happy and starts buying MTXs again. Win-win.
