Inquisitor's Consecrated Ground disappears

I've encountered it few times so far, but cannot figure out what exactly causes it to happen. Inquisitor's Sanctuary ascendancy point sometimes stops generating consecrated ground around you while stationary. Weirdly enough it still creates it when you use movement abilities, you receive 4-second effect from Pious Path then. Re-entering area fixes that, but I've no idea how to reproduce it as of right now.

Problem didn't go anywhere, hope anyone notice that and fix at some point:)

3.21 update: Hello there, half of the whole ascendancy is still going poof sometimes, not big deal yeah. To add more information, it really feels like one of the Delirium ground debuffs somehow causes consecrated ground to stop generating, but I've no guarantee on that yet. I did a lot of Delirious maps in 3.20 as well, and can't remember getting this bug outside of delirium fog.
UPD: Managed to get that to happen in a non-delirious map. It seems, however, to somehow be related with staying on some ground effect before it breaks the ascendancy ground generation, as I saw some caustic ground this time I think. But its definitely rare occurence and I still have no idea how to reliably reproduce it at the moment.

3.22 update: Hello again, I'd really like some, any response on this bug. Because it does not magically fix itself and disappear, instead it magically happen every now and then, making me re-enter the instance to have my consecrated ground while stationary and not trying to maintain it by dashing around.

3.22.1 update: No, it didn't fix itself still. Just lost my consecrated ground once again, no big deal just need to use portal and load another 40 seconds of shaders after returning into map I've left 5 seconds ago:)
