Can we increase the aoe of Tribal Fury? [GGG can you answer?]

The "new" Tribal Fury:

Tribal Fury is a notable passive skill that causes Strike skills to deal splash damage to nearby enemies.

I'm wondering can I increase the aoe of the splash damage by taking increased aoe nodes on the skill tree?

Same question from me. Also will increased AOE and increased AOE damage on an amulet e.g. has any effect on Tribal Fury?

Is it really hard to find the answer to this? I mean 3 months have passed.

Splash damage is area damage and is affected by area of effect and AoE damage modifiers.

Want to know too.

It does i tested it out today with area of effect gem and tree nodes for area of effect ,but only with area of effect not with melee area of effect or anything else specific

I see no reason why melee-specific AoE wouldn't work with splash. What you tested exactly?

Theoretically generic increases to area of effect should work. Using a similar skill as an example, the Ancestral Warchief Totem has a radius you have to be standing in for it to be active. Increases in area of effect will not change this. The totem does a melee strike which has melee splash, and the area of that splash effect is increased with generic increases to area of effect.

Similarly, increases to area of effect will not allow you to use strike skills from further and further away, but it should increase the splash effect size or the distance copies of the melee strike can used on enemies away from your strike target, via one of the support gems.

Tribal Fury just gives your character Melee Splash support without needing to use the support gem.
