soul of abberath doesn't stack ignite reduction with timeless (militant faith)

currently using a militant faith with that mod, plus some on abyss jewels but the 60% reduced duration of soul of abberath pantheon wont reduce any further

always use chance to avoid ignite mod

Character stat shows "reduction" (% reduced), so "less/more" mod doesn't change stat.
