Guards not dropping aureus coins.

Near the start of sanctum, I got the "monsters don't drop aureus coins" affliction. With a pact, I got rid of that affliction. However, no guards dropped coins for the rest of my run.

I also had "Lose 30 coins upon completion of room." However, my coins were not increasing except when I opened chests.

There's only 2 ways to get that mod. One is through a Major Affliction (Death Tax) and the other is through a Pact (Austerity Pact). As far as I know, neither can be removed. You showed a shot of your afflictions. Assuming that is the full list, do you also have an active Pact?
