Client / Game crashes (Steam + Standalone)

Hello,

could someone please help me out to figure why my Game keeps crashing?
There is nothing in the windows event viewer. I tried both the Steam and the Standalone version. How should I procced? Maybe its possible to collect logs of PoE to determine the cause of the crash?

I updated my graphics and chipset driver but it didnt helped, anything else in this direction?

The behaviour is kinda strange ->

With 2 characters I cant login (crash occurs directly after I hit "Play" at char selection)

With another char I can login but sometimes it crashes ingame.

I just cant tell what could be the issue here.

SFC scannow -> all fine here

This PC is new and is running Windows 11 on a RTX 3060, MSI Z690-P board.

EDIT: Can someone check my dump and tell me what could be the issue? I suspect the RAM to be faulty. Did a Memory diagnostic and result was that it should be. Event ID 1102 and 1202
