Harmony of purpose not working properly

I've been playing for a bit with my guardian with dominating blow, and since i picked harmony of purpose i'm generating charges as intended but i'm not sharing them with my sentinels of domination, neither they or other players share theirs with me and my sentinels.
So i guess the conduit part of this ascendancy node doesn't work

Sentinels are not party members, so they aren't included in Harmony of Purpose.

Should it also not work with minimum charges owned by another player?

You only share charges you gain, and it acts just like those you are sharing with gaining those charges.

For example, if nearby party members share charges with you, if they were to gain an Endurance Charge, you'd also gain an Endurance Charge, but the duration (and effects) of the Endurance Charge would be based on your own stats related to Endurance Charges, and if you spend it or remove it in some way then that's it.

Minimum charges aren't gaining charges, so they are not shared.

devs should read the definition of sharing. why in the world i should generate a charge to share it. welp 2 points wasted on that
