Ailment display icons on enemies not showing correct values.

This probably has something to do with the recent fix to ailments, but maybe it's something separate. In any case:

It would appear the icons displaying ailment magnitudes on enemies are not being updated if stronger magnitude ailments are applied, and only change once the duration of the ailment instance being displayed has ended.

For background, i'm playing an elementalist with Shaper of Winter (and Shaper of Storms) allocated, using a skill that deals pure cold damage, and i've got over 80% increased chill effect so that any hit will chill an enemy for 40%, guaranteed.

For a time I used wintertide brand linked to bonechill support. As it doesn't hit, it doesn't guarantee that 40% chill like my hits do, and instead with my setup applies a 21% chill. When I have that wintertide brand on an enemy before I hit them for the first time, the display shows 21% chill, and stays that way even after i hit them, despite the fact that any hit should cause 40%. That being said, I *think* it's just a visual bug, as I'm pretty used to the feel of various bosses when they're 40% chilled, and it still felt like they were slowed by the proper amount once i hit, but it's a little hard to tell (especially since i now use temp chains, which i'm not used to having against those bosses) so i won't dismiss the possibility that the functionality might be bugged.

This isn't just a chill thing or a wintertide brand thing though, as I'm experiencing the same thing with shock. I know from last league this build I'm using can 50% shock even pinnacle or uber bosses, I did last league with 40% less hit damage than what i have now. However, i rarely see the icon hit that now, or even see the icon change to show improvement until the initial shock value from my first hit has remained static for several seconds.

And just to test to be certain, I used one skill with virtually no damage and without unbound ailments to shock a target then used a second skill with good damage to shock with unbound ailments, on a character with Shaper of Storms for guaranteed minimum shocks. The first skill without unbound ailments applied the bare minimum 25% shock my character is capable of, but then after following up with the unbound-ailment skill, which at a minimum should shock for at least 30%, the shock value did not immediately change... until a few seconds later, when it jumped up to 50% without me landing any other hit in the meantime. Presumably, the first skill's shock showed until its duration ran out, and then the second skill's stronger shock was allowed to show.

Again, guessing it's just a visual bug and the displays just need to be fixed, but i'm not 100% certain it doesn't have a mechanical effect, so it could be pretty important to check out.
