The balance of terror BUG

Hello,

So ive used balance of terror with both enfeeble mod for a while now. And used a pair of high templar gloves to cast them. In Pob this should work, and here the buffs gets activated, but ingame it doesnt show.

I believe this must be a bug? Since why would the mod, which make me (you've) cast enfeeble not tricker the effect?

To confirm its not working, i tried casting enfeeble manually, and then it does work? Which for me makes no sense.

This is working as intended.

Applying a hex to an enemy through something like a glove implicit isn't considered using a skill, and neither is triggering a skill.

You need to manually, actively use the hex for it to count.

If you've cast... means you've manually cast, then maybe at that to the text.

Personally i understand you've as me/my character. Guess i got that wrong. Ty for replies.
