Yaomac's Accord Vaal Sceptre Grants "Sheperd of Souls"

Shepherd of Souls: When you use a Vaal Skill, other Vaal skills gain 50% of the consumed Souls. Deal 30% less Damage with Non-Vaal Skills

This sounds good in concept except the implementation is such that it still follows the rules of Soul Gain Prevention.

This essentially destroy's any viability the unique item has, in that while you gain the souls from the first vaal skill, everything is then immune to sharing souls, because Soul Gain Prevention is now in effect.

Even if you get a single skill to have super low SGP, getting a second skill to that level is difficult, tedious, and near impossible due to the nature of not every skill having a duration linked to SGP. This combined with the fact most skills only have a single charge to begin with.

Personally think this item should increase vaal skill usage storage count by 1 to further the playstyle of trying to balance vaal spells, even if it becomes more rare as a result.

Hateforge came out at the same time as this and was literally no holds bar for melee vaal skills and a superb chase item. It's very confusing as to why this one was strangled in it's crib despite coming from the same hard content.

Please consider going forward with Unique item reworks.
