Flask Nodes Not working

Hello, I am trying to build a pathfinder for flasks. During my build I noticed that when I select " Arcane Chemistry, Profane Chemistry, Natural remidies, field medicine,Druidic Rite," etc... an not changing my life, mana, or duration amount on my flasks. I believe I am getting the charges but nothing on the flasks. I have tried all sorts of life, mana, and utility to no avail.

I must be missing something. I am not an expert but I believe this use to work. I have been wasting " Orbs or regeret " respecing trying to get it to work but nothing.

Please point me in the right direction. Thanks...

these are working, do note the duration won't show on mousing over the flask.
