Sandstorm Visage doesnt apply its critical strike chance bonus to herald skills, tested in game with the winds of fate, and the "offence" tab in game

This isn't a bug, but the wording will be updated to make it clearer that it's affecting spell critical strike chance, which is define as the critical strike chance for spell damage, which Herald skills do not deal.
