I live in east europe and have forever used the Moscow server to play as it is the only server with low ping of around 18.
Now a week ago something happened and the ping is minimum 45.. will this change?
Can we bring the Moscow server to Finland or something

well please remember that there is a war going on and sanctions is active against Russia, so internet trafic is affected by this.
And no, a server in Rusia can't be moved to Finland. :)

Literally take the server, move to finland, rename to Finland
