tryed installing awakende poe. made my game crash/unrunnable. unisntalled. now poe dont work

" Well GGG doesn't help with 3 party software issues. Maybe try removing PoE and clean registry + manually delete all PoE directorys. Same goes in regards to the 3 party software you installed..... |

i unistalled the awakende trade. and as said it dont work. somehow nothing really works on my pc. i can only open core windows programs. discord and internet explorer. i use the pc for nothing outside poe, D2 and internet
