Anathema drop location?

Hello! I'm interested in the new curse ring, Anathema. I've seen on some fan sites that it is drop restricted to the forbidden sanctum, but I've heard anecdotally that it's in the global drop pool.

Has anyone here gotten one via global drop/chance/gwennen/elreon/ancient orb/whatever? Have you gotten yours in the sanctum?

The streamer "Lighty" who collects all uniques on SSF said it was a base drop. Im hunting for it via Gwennen, no luck yet.

i got one from one of the maps or map boss randomly cant remember which one exactly but it was around late yellow/early red maps
