Tinker's waypoint is not working

Me and my friends' tinker's waypoint are both not working since the league started. I got the scientist tinker's waypoint and he got the thaumaturgy one. It should have some animation and sound when someone enters my hideout. I really hope this issue can be solved quickly because we both love this mtx a lot. Thank you!
