Lycia stuck during phase 1 of her fight

During Lycia's phase 1 chase sequence, she got stuck somewhere along the way, and doesn't seem to care too much about boss-fighting any more. I've been waiting at the end of the floor for a good while now, and I'm scared to log out and lose the entire sanctum run, but it's looking like there's no other option at this point.

Update:Waiting for 30 minutes did not help. Flame dashed one step back towards her and triggered her. Quickly flame dashed to original position. Did cost me approx. 400 Inspiration/ Resolve.

Running into the same issue. I outpaced her during the chase portion of the maze and it doesn't seem like she's coming back. Been waiting for 20+ minutes and nothing so far. This is really upsetting since its also my first time fighting her and there's a Divine on the line.
