Herald of Thunder unaffected by Sandstorm Visage

The Helmet "Sandstorm Visage" should overwrite the crit-chance of all spells. It however doesn't work with Herald of Thunder.

Spell damage/crit/etc don't affect Heralds; this is intentional.

I don't think that is the case as it is base crit. If that is the case however then it is still bugged, as herald of purity, agony and ash do display the spellcrit as a stat. while ice and thunder do not. I haven't testet weither they actually do crit, but either way this behavior is inconstant.
