Large Cluster Jewel clarification - Added small passives have 25% increased effect

Hi,

I've got a Large cluster jewel that has the following stats:


Added Small Passive Skills have 25% increased Effect
Added Small Passive Skills also grant: +3 to All Attributes

Should this mean that every 2 small passives I assign, I get +7 attributes, rather than +6?

As in: 3+25% x 2 (3.75x2) then rounded down from 7.50 would be 7 from 7.50?

It currently is providing +6 attributes.

Am I misunderstanding and 6 is right?

No, it is on a per passive basis and does not round up. You need to get +4 to all for the 25% to do anything.

Will it increase the Cluster jewels main stat though? (e.g. 10% elemental damage, or 10% minion damage) to 12.5 -> 12%?

yes it also scales the increased damage.

yes it also scales the increased damage.
