Bloodsoaked character effect

Bloodsoaked character effect available in the new supporter packs is split into three different tiers, each unlocking at different number of monsters killed milestones.

Last tier, unlocking at 1,000,000 monster kills, is available before that milestone is met.
By selecting "Use Highest Unlocked Tier" option for the character effect, if you have tier 2 unlocked, it defaults to tier 3 even if it's still locked due to milestone not being met.

I have kind of the same bug/issue there.

When using the Bloodsoaked Character effect my Character seems to be locked to the last tier of the effect, even if it's not unlocked.
Switching to Tier 1 doesn't change anything at all.

Yea same, I want to have the lowest tier but it makes it tier 3 even though I clicked tier 1

Same issue. Tiers do not change effect anymore (was working in 3.20)

It's the same with me. The armor is just red and there's no blood dripping.

Yeah me too, im stuck on T3 but without any blood dripping from my character im just all red :/

Still completely bugged :( Bought it specifically for a new build with Maroider str stacking... guess I'll have to wait

Same issue here. I've contacted support and got this reply:
"I've taken a look into this for you and it appears that this is something that we are currently looking into. It appears that it should be fixed in a future patch."
So at least GGG are aware abut this bug. Lets hope for faster fix.

I have the same problem, stuck at faulty T3 8( @GGG any fix in near sight?
