More sources for block spell damage

Actually im playing a guardian with a staff. My staff gives me actually 20% chance to block attack damage, thats fine. But i feel like there are not enough sources of block spell damage when you wear a staff. Spell suppression can be on gloves, boots, body armor and so on. With a shield i have tempest shield, but it would be really cool when other items can have spell block like gloves and boots. Maybe just something like "Gain #% spell block when you are wielding a staff" or maybe make tempest shield work for staffes.

I picked some nodes in the tree to block spell damage, but it seems not fair when you compare that with spell suppression, which you can get very easily now.

100% agree, even if you take all the spell block nodes you can't cap 75% unless you pick "glancing blow", which would mean only block 65% damage (means 35% damage "suppressed") plus the annoying block animation.

Spell Suppression is just superior, no animation, and 52% less spell damage suppress 100% of the time.
