Procurement (Character & Stash Management Tool) - Temporary fix download

Hi everyone,

I've temporarily fixed Procurement.
It's a workaround that is meant to deal with the "Error downloading account name" issue.
I'll dig deeper into the issue and create an actual fix when I can get to it, but for now this fix is enough and should work for the bast majority of us.
