Wilma's Requital seems having wording problem

although the item says Increases and Reductions to Cast Speed apply to Attack Speed

notable like precision and retribution with x% increased attack and cast speed will not convert the cast speed to attack speed. (buff grant by lighting golem as well)

however, notable like harrier and coordination with attack speed and cast speed being written separately, does work with the item. Onslaught does work with the item as well.

seems like an error with how the wording has been done.

This is a wording thing that has been maintained as "functioning as intended" so far, with this reasoning:

A single modifier will only affect a stat once.

Examples:

A modifier granting +20 Strength and Intelligence, when equipped with Crystallised Omniscience, will grant +20 Omniscience, not +40.
A modifier granting +30% Elemental Damage boosts your Lightning, Cold, and Fire damage, but will not yield a total of +90% damage if you convert 100% of Lightning to Cold and 100% of Cold to Fire.
