Forbidden flame/flesh droprates in 3.20

Hello everybody!
Dont know if its just me that had really bad luck or not, i ran for sure over 20 incandescent invitation without a single forbidden flame drop compared to last league where i for sure dropped them more often.
Don't know if this is because of the removal of the atlas passive node liberated knowledge that gave 25% increased chance to drop forbidden flame/flesh, the change of jewels drop rate overall this league or just me who have had really bad luck?
