Lights in Hideout not working

After the 3.20.1 patch, the 'lighting' effects in my hideout have stopped working.

I use the Primevil Hideout and have a 'Stygian' style theme to it. If I turn the lights off, then back on it will work. However, as soon as I zone out of my hideout and back in, the lights are still on, but the actual lighting isn't working.

And just for argument sake. If you look at the top left of both of those prior pics, the light switch is turned 'on'. Here is what it would look like if I turned the lights 'off'.

To reiterate on the bug:

The lights in the Primeval Hideout (Primeval Floor Light 1-5) are displaying as "off" when coming into the hideout from someplace else, even though for the game the lights are turned "on".
When I press the switch (which is "on") then the lights do a brief flicker and the "turning off" animation. When I then press the switch again to turn it "on", the lights start working again, until I leave the hideout and come back.

This issue only started after the recent 3.20.1 patch.
Same bug here, exactly as described by other posters, and definitely correlated with 3.20.1.
Same problem here. Please fix it
