Iron Reflexes and Energy Shield

I'm using Eldritch Battery to cast using energy shield instead of mana, I was using Skin of the lords robe and it was working fine.
Then I switched to another of the same robe but with the keystone Iron Reflexes, to convert my evasion to armor. Thing is now my energy shield won't recharge? it even says in my stats ES recharge per second 130, but it does not recharge at all.

I don't understand why? can anyone explain pls?

Ghost Dance keystone + 0 evasion => you can't recover ES above 0

Iron Reflexes causes your Evasion Rating to be converted into Armour. If you've taken Ghost Dance, that means you won't be able to recover your ES above your Evasion Rating which would be 0.

Ohh I see, i do have that keystone.
