Only one at a time usage of purchased Hideout decorations?

First of all, it was the first time I purchased a hideout decoration to fit the rest of it. Mostly spent money on some new league skins and stash tabs like someone else I assume.

Im hardly dissapointed to find out that the decorations have a one time usage per purchase, so I have to reclaim and set one piece for almost 6$.

Since older decorations are free is this still intended?

If GGG thinks I spent up to 100$ for virtual walls and decorations they must be kidding, this is unacceptable.

At least to make it fair come down to the decision to have a 5th or 10th time usage out of one pack/purchase. So It would be fair to say I spent up to 20$ for one decoration theme like one armour or skin theme.

As a fellow victim to "I found out it's actually $6 per wall panel", I'm with you. Absolutely deplorable that building and object decoration MTXs are not unlimited use, especially when each one can have over a dozen variations. They already got my money so I guess it doesn't matter in the end - just yelling into the void as it were.

I also became a victim of this scheme.
I loved this game so much, but after this purchase i hate this game, i feel like they stole my money.
Is there a method to revert the purchase?

I also found about it the hard way long time ago, but managed to refund it on same day via support email. Got a number of ":)" in their reply, as if they had found such kind of complaint funny.

+1 to making it "decoration theme per purchase", not "1 decoration per purchase".

Same here. Love to decorate my hideout.
Expected a theme where could could place atleast multiple (maybe limited to 3 or 5 per puchace atleast)
Didn't expect 1 wall at the time..
So never buying anything for hideout ever again.

Can we have attention on this post please? I just fell victim of the same stupid scheme, just spent $300 to buy the chronomancer support pack, and bought many decorations with it. Turns out you can only place 1 of each decoration.
This is is completely counter-intuitive to how their already-in-place hideout system work, as you can place as many decorations of that variant as you want.

Why are you being so scummy with this? Why not change it so we can build to our hearts contempt and have actual fun with it?

And if you're going to bring any performance issues to the topic, just limit the max amount to a certain limit, but not stating that you're purchasing only 1 USE of each decoration is just scummy practices.

They probably won't change it because people who purchased multiple copies would complain, but it really sucks.

They could and should change it though, and just refund the extra copies people bought from the same decoration.

If they don't want to refund (don't think they're short on budget but hey, who am I to judge), they could just add specific, limited-only content, for those who spent X amount of points in repeated decorations before the change has been decided. (games as big as League of Legends have done this with rune pages and other stuff you had to pay for and got rendered obsolete after changes)

In both scenarios, everyone wins, customer is happy and their purchases become intuitive and consistent with the hideout system in place, GGG would fix an unclear (scummy to my eyes) area of their MTX shop, they would earn the respect of their customers, and the money they think they'll lose because they won't be selling copies of the same decoration over and over to the same user, I'm positive it will be earned back by having a larger pool of users purchasing content for their hideouts.

So, overall W for GGG and user.
