Veiled mod Inc Flask Effect/ Reduce Flask Charges

Hi, the metioned veiled mod doesn't show correctly on the item. The "reduced flask charges gained" part is missing. It is only shown when showing detailed info.

33% reduced flask charges gained + 33% increased flask charges gained = ?

not a bug, when a stat total reaches 0 it isn't shown, this case is from reduced + increased stacking together.
