Refunding First Two Ascendant Ascendancy

Example: As A Scion My 3rd & Fourth Ascenscion Points Attribute & DeAttribute Per-5-Refund Points - though point 1 & 2 are non-reactive when 5-refund-points are fore them attributing

specifically: wardloop-calling-for: "elementalist & pathfinder" I attributed points correctly towards the "40 intelligence, +1 skill point" of the witch to begin - though with four points total to play with I accrue to elect Hierophants' +1 totem stat in prelude to wardloop switching- though i found the+40int+1skillpoint irrefundable

(but it may just be the +1 skill point neath north node or witch ascendancy on the ascendant compass {as I was unable to refund that I can not speak to the refund or irrefund of the consquentias integer})
