Poe Trade/ Twitch Armory Extension

I've been having this issue on Poe Trade where after a few seconds it tells me item must be refreshed for whole list when I try to message someone and it keeps repeating this process.
Also for the Armory Extension on Twitch I cant see anyone gears or names idk if this is related or not but if anyone has any idea on whats going I'd appreciate the support.

Also experiencing this issue, just cleaned out all extra programs & add ons, tried new browser and still happening!
