Lycia not showing up in Sanctum

So I reached the end of the 4th floor and Lycia stopped following me in the Gauntlet and now she won't show up at the end.

Any word on this? just happened to me too :(
 I just ran from her, not fighting her because I was so low on resolve, just moved with the fog. Maybe she just got stuck somewhere because I got too far away from her? You need to damage her enough to get her to run. You can't just run without fighting her.
