Immortal Call and Endurance Charges

So, i first noticed this a couple days ago.
When i'm using immortal call without endurance charges, it is actually reducing my physical resistance....When i hit it, I go from 57% res to 55% res. My endurance charges contribute nothing to physical reduction with immortal call. Also, my endurance charges are disappearing on monster hit, in a map without monsters steal charges. Did something change where i am missing something about endurance charges disappearing on hit? i don't recall this ever being a thing, playing since beta. Last bumped on Dec 17, 2022, 3:15:16 PM

On which character?
Immortal call does not give physical reduction, only less Damage taken. Maybe Immortal call linked with CwDT and consume charges on hit taken? |

immortal call does consume charges, but i dont have it on atm, or when i was noticing the issue with endurance charges.
the less damage taken doesn't answer my physical damage redux was going down while it's active question |
