Quicksilver flask w/ elemental res causing flickering light bug

causes crazy light strobes in HO and in maps occasionally, took off everything but the flask and it seems to be the main cause.

goes away as soon as flask is removed

I am a little late on this one, buit if you still have the issue then validating the files (If you're using steam) fixed it for me.
Havent had any issues since. |
