Getting three copies of Black Smoke affliction will disconnect you

If you get three copies of the black smoke affliction, the next time you try to enter a new room, it'll roll back your sanctum, crash your map instance and you won't be able to progress if you only have 1 path forward.

Did you end up resetting the Sanctum? I'm currently in the same scenario (Don't know if I have 3 Smokes, but at least 1).

Edit: Just saw other posts about bug. Haven't seen any official replies, but I guess the only way forward at the moment is to reset. ty
