"Soul of the brine king" bug

I have this major god pantheon selected for the reason of
"You cannot be Stunned if you've been Stunned or Blocked a Stunning Hit in the past 2 seconds"

but I have been stun locked many times during map runs especially during delirium runs
is this a bug or are there stuns from monsters that last longer than 2 seconds ?

Are you being Frozen instead?

Are you running out of mana and have a skill on left click that prevents you from moving if it can't be used due to running out of mana?

im freeze immune, could of been a mana syphon mob maybe but i have more than enough mana and regen to continuously fire the skill.

191 mana un, 43 mana cost at 117 regen per second

does hinder or impale stun when it first get applied to you?
