Item Rarity Support Minion Instability SRS

Hey! Does IIR Support work with exploding Summon Raging Spirits?
If my SRS explode on a target and it dies, do I get the item rarity bonus on that kill?
Bonus question:
Does the burning ground from Replica Siegebreaker get the IIR bonus?

No if they die solely due to burning ground. In case of multiple DoTs, an earliest applied credits for the kill. So you can benefit from bonus loot if, say, ignite from MI + IIR was already inflicted on an enemy, and then it dies from burning ground.
