Ruthless SSF Question ~ Is Item Rarity more important in Ruthless? If so, How much?

Basically, the title. Dropped a few item rarity pieces, yet their other rolls are not the best and in order to equip them, I would have to sacrifice resistances.

Not really struggling in terms of difficulty yet. (Act 4) Threfore I'll likely use the rarity pieces, just interested in how much they make a difference and if anyone who has been using rarity has noticed that difference.

If you have the luxury of choice, I'd say get some. More. No... more than that. MORE! But really, don't go out of your way to get any. Be happy when you get some.

Rarity seems to help, I cannot say for sure, it is purely observational at this point.

Makes a world of difference in Ruthless. In standard modes, a lot of drops come from sources unaffected by iir, like eldritch altars, but in Ruthless, those aren't available, do iir essentially translates into X% more good loot.

in maps as we speak seen plenty of rares although only one unique so far.
haven't got any real iir/iiq items yet so can't really test it.

but my guess is killing more still is better than killing fewer with a bit of iir/iiq. but yeah if u have some decent iir/iiq and clear just as fast it should be worth it.
