Mageblood and Silver Flask

I was testing mageblood + Silver Flask and noticed that mageblood is not applying onslaught, and you are able to use it.

Movement speed without silver equipped: 101
Movement speed with silver flask equiped: 101
Movement speed on use (you shouldn't be able to with MB): 121

Are you making sure that you're testing with a magic Silver Flask?

Mageblood only applies the effects of magic flasks, not white ones.
