The forbiddon sanctum entry blocked

can someone help why the entry in act 2 is blocked?



Divinia missing in act 2



Divinia does not offer any quests in act 7



I also can not find the 2 Divinia quests in the quest bar.. Any idea how to finish the 2 quests for sanctum content?
