Sanctum Not Appearing in Any Zone - Solved: over 10 level difference

League: SSF Hardcore Sanctum
Using stand alone client. I was farming Blood Aqueducts and doing Sanctums while doing so. After a while, I stopped getting any Sanctums in any new Blood Aqueduct instance. To make sure it wasn't just this zone, I went back to earlier acts and didn't see any spawns of Sanctums in any zone. I went back to Act 2 and 7 quest area and saw the little sanctum quest rooms. Went in and it was normal. League mechanic is simply not appearing for me anywhere. Minimum area lvl to spawn league mechanic is -10 from character lvl. Area lvl where you are never considered overleveled to spawn league content is 65+.

Thank you. I had a couple unfortunate rip's so being extra cautious and overlevelled more than I did before. I wasn't around when they made that change. I suppose to combat people spamming Quarry or such back in the day.

Or just go to a low level area and find one easily then use the 8 times save option and go to a high area and grind & repeat.
